Operational Excellence Manager (m/f/d)



Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for promoting and facilitating the implementation of the Dover Operational Excellence Model at MAAG Germany
  • Managing of Special Projects and its associated processes that will lead to Operations and Supply Chain Process Improvements and Optimization
  • Successful deployment of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing principles and use of Advanced Statistical Tools throughout the organization to turnaround and/or enhance Operational and Financial Performance at MAAG Germany
  • Responsible for driving Transformational Processes through the diligent use of Operational Excellence Tools and Methodologie
  • Training, Assessment and Coaching of the Team to successfully deploy Operational Excellence Model and implement from start to finish effective Improvement Action Plans to support departments as they embark on their Lean Journeys
  • Training and execution of Scientific Problem-Solving methodologies


Your experience:

  • Bachelor / Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Management or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in process improvements (lean/six sigma/opex)
  • Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional improvements successfully
  • Experience of leading Kaizen, deploying lean tools and principles as well as in design and conduct of trainings for different target groups
  • Superior presentation skills and good command of Microsoft 365
  • Strong analytical skills and innovative mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
