As

“Mitarbeiter Testentwicklung” (Test development employee) (m/f/d)

in the area of Personalised Healthcare Solutions (PHCs), you will have the opportunity to make suggestions for process improvements. In addition, you will be involved in the evaluation of new analysis techniques and the development of new methods in the field of immunological test development.Key Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the development of immunological diagnostic tests with a focus on PHCs.
• You independently carry out complex analytical experiments and develop solutions for new tasks.
• You are involved in the technical implementation of immunological assays.
• You are responsible for the independent adaptation of methods on various analytical devices.
• You communicate with project-relevant interfaces for the preparation and planning of experiments.
• You operate data processing tools of the existing automatic analysers (cobas e systems).
• You are responsible for the independent, computer-aided evaluation, documentation and presentation of the results, e.g. in the form of application reports.
• You will make suggestions for process improvements and will be involved in the evaluation of new analysis technologies and the establishment of new methods in the field of immunological test development.
• You ensure constant compliance with the applicable safety and environmental protection regulations

Who you are:

• You have successfully completed a bachelor's or master's degree in biology, biotechnology or a comparable field of study (university of applied sciences/university of applied sciences) or, alternatively, further education as a biotechnology technician (m/f) with professional experience.
• You have very good specialist knowledge in immunology/protein chemistry
• You have practical experience with various analytical methods
• You have good technical knowledge in the use of software-based control and evaluation tools
• You have practical experience with complex laboratory and analytical equipment
• You have good English skills and good computer skills (MS-Office)
• You are communicative, reliable, flexible, independent and innovative in your way of working.
• Work experience in the industry/diagnostics sector is an advantage
• Knowledge in immunodiagnostics is an advantage
• You are happy to work with other colleagues in a team.
