Dornier Seawings is a thriving Start-up creating are solution in amphibious, all composite airframe flying boat with secured funding of over USD 300 million from Chinese investors. We are a highly energetic and ambitious team, who value outstanding talent, serious creativity and elaborate innovation.
Tasks:
- You are supporting the development and certification activities for various aircraft systems, by generating input and providing guidance for compliance with certification requirements on airborne electronic hardware (AEH) and software.
- You are supporting external supplier activities for various aircraft systems regarding hardware and software aspects.
- You are participating in aircraft level as well as system and equipment level tests.
- You are participating in SOI reviews.
- You are validating detailed design data during document checks.
- You are verifying compliance with certification requirements.
- You participate in certification reviews with certification authorities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor or master degree in electrical or aeronautical engineering, alternatively a similar degree or an adequate education / experience in the aeronautical industry
- Experience with software and AEH development and certification in an EASA DOA.
- Knowledge of RTCA DO178C and DO254 industry standards.
- Knowledge of EASA Certification process as well as Certification Requirements applicable to hardware and software.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of the English language, German language is a plus.
