About the role

We spend our time growing the amazing teams that create purpose and value for our users (that’s what we call our customers ). Now it is time for us to grow! Are you the all-star recruiter we are searching for?

On a day-to-day, you will catch our recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment processes. That means partnering with our hiring managers from the very start (or sometimes supporting a local HR partner). You will be tasked with sourcing, screening, project management, interviewing, ensuring great candidate experiences and supporting hiring managers in making great hiring decisions. There is also probably a bit of admin and ad-hoc peppered in.

You’ll join a modern recruitment journey with ambitious, forward-thinkers that cherish new initiatives to better support our business and business leaders. Expect to be challenged in your work and your mindset- that is how we develop and create fantastic experiences for everyone involved in our recruitment projects (hiring managers, HR partners, candidates and you!).

This full-time role could be located in Solna, SE or Hamburg, DE and will report to our Director of Talent and Projects, Mathilda Welin-Brook.

What you’ll do

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with our hiring managers to provide full life-cycle recruitment support
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for critical roles and future talent needs
  • Champion candidate experience through every stage of the recruitment project
  • Support hiring manager’s development as recruiters with education and operational support
  • Support hiring manager’s with coaching and through example on operational recruitment
  • Be a TeamTailor (that’s our ATS) product expert and evangelist for our talent acquisition initiatives- like candidate experience, unbiased and inclusive hiring practices and world-class employer branding
  • Be a part of launching a global referral program- what an exciting time to join, right!?

WHO YOU ARE

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and a modern applicant tracking system
  • A professional demeanor with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using data to make decisions
  • You speak German and English on a professionally fluent level
  • Experience filling difficult positions, you will not always have a talent pool teeming with qualified candidates- we’d like to see your resilience and grit in finding talent creatively
  • Experience managing conflicting or overly-ambitious needs from stakeholder, like managers, senior leadership, HR partners and candidates
  • A respect and interest in nature, hopefully with a desire to bring others closer to nature, too!
  • Experience working on a small, agile team the supports local HR partners

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE

These experiences aren’t required, but they would be a great help:

  • Experience from the retail store industry
  • Expert knowledge on platforms like Indeed, Glassdoor and XING
  • You’ve worked on a small, agile team
  • Additional languages, like French or Dutch, would really come in handy
  • Experience with TeamTailor and Typelane
