GLOBALG.A.P. is a trademark and a set of standards for good agricultural practices (G.A.P.). FoodPLUS GmbH is a limited liability cooperation registered in Cologne, Germany. It manages all company activities worldwide from standard setting through services for its partners, marketing, certification management to integrity checks and serves as legal entity to hold the international GLOBALG.A.P. and GGN (consumer label for GLOBALG.A.P. certified farms) copyrights.

For our Certification Body (CB) Administration & Benchmarking Team we are looking for a Certification Body Administrator (m/f/d) in full-time (39 h/week) to hire immediately. The CB Administration & Benchmarking Team is responsible for the onboarding of the CBs into the GLOBALG.A.P. world. A CB is an independent third-party organization attesting farmers that the requirements of GLOBALG.A.P. are met. We are the first contact for new interested CBs and accreditation bodies, guiding the CBs through the process to receive approval for our standards and add-ons including invoicing, signing of contracts and granting access to our database. We answer GLOBALG.A.P. standard related questions and support CBs to maintain and improve their status.

• Support the CB evaluation and approval process for all our owned or managed standards and products
• Update and maintain all CB-related data and approval states in our digital archives and systems
• Exchange with several international CBs simultaneously
• Assist with and respond to questions about our standards and the CB approval process
• Cooperate closely with team members and also cross-functional regarding CB operations

• Degree in Agriculture, Food Science or equivalent
• Initial practical experience in the area of certification or GLOBALG.A.P. systems
• Proficient in English (level C1) and intermediate German skills (level B1–B2)
• Very good command of MS Office
• Proactive and open-minded character understanding a strong team spirit as a natural component of success
• Very thorough, committed, and detail-oriented way to work
