GLOBALG.A.P. is a trademark and a set of standards for good agricultural practices (G.A.P.). FoodPLUS GmbH is a limited liability cooperation registered in Cologne, Germany. It manages all company’s activities worldwide from standard setting through services for its partners, marketing, certification management to integrity and serves as legal entity to hold the international GLOBALG.A.P. and GGN (consumer label for GLOBALG.A.P. certified farms) copyrights.

For our Capacity Building Team we are looking for a Training Coordinator (m/f/d) in part-time (25-30 h/week) starting on 01 August 2021. The Capacity Building Team is responsible for the GLOBALG.A.P. Academy, training about 1.500 people every year on the GLOBALG.A.P. standard and related topics. Our activities form an integral part when working together with development organizations in worldwide projects to support farmers.

• Be the primary contact person for potential participants, partners, and internal and external clients with regards to the webinar and workshop organization
• Develop promotion material and promote workshops and webinars through different channels in collaboration with the Marketing/Sales Team
• Prepare and draft workshop contracts (incl. financial offers) for the cooperation between GLOBALG.A.P., local partners and clients
• Closely collaborate with the Training Development Team on approval of new trainers, maintain and update training material and post-workshop analysis incl. survey creation and evaluation
• Be responsible for the content of the Academy’s learning management system and operate the Academy’s web shop
• Give technical support to trainers and participants on how to use the learning management system and the virtual classroom
• General administrative tasks, e. g. writing invoices and payment follow-up, transferring participant data to CRM etc.

• Completed commercial training followed by 2 years of practical working experience in the field of international Sales & Marketing
• Fluent in English (C1 level) and Spanish (B2 level)
• Affinity towards working in an online environment
• Proactive and open-minded character understanding a strong team spirit as a natural component of success
• Ability to actively listen to people and clearly express your own message, in writing and verbally
• Ability to handle stressful situations while keeping calm at the same time
• Competent user of MS Office
