• Formulation and execution of key account strategy (short-/mid-/long term) following an ambitious annual revenue plan and target plan
• Project leader of cross functional teams (approx. 3 - 10 project members) to successfully close SMT Factory Solutions sales projects
• Updating and reporting Key account strategy and KPI's on a regular basis
• Responsibility for revenue targets as well as overall customer satisfaction
• Translating customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap

• Degree in Business Adminis­tration, Engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of working experience in technical service/technical sales and/or B2B sales with strong focus on value selling and business/sales management, international work experience in the area of Electronic Manufacturing would be a plus
• Open minded personality, highly systematic and conceptual thinking
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German & English, Japanese and Hungarian would be beneficial
• Willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
