• Provide an outstanding customer interface, promote and develop account business with strong focus on KPIs as well as close cooperation with the Key Account Managers
• Support the Automotive Sales Division with sample orders and deliveries, quotes, financial topics, projects, statistics and controlling issues
• Communication with planning groups with regards to project and sales information (forecasting)
• Take care of delivery schedules and control of consignment stocks
• Process customer related inquiries and build excellent customer relationships
• Window person to Order Administration Team and to other departments within the company (e.g. Product Management, Finance, factories, warehouse)
• Maintenance of the customer database in CRM systems and customer portals
• Customer visits / on site meetings (when possible again) 

• Successfully completed commercial education
• First experience in a similar position, ideally in Automotive industry
• Fluent in German and in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, as well as SAP or Oracle
• High level of customer and service orientation
• Strong individual drive with the ability to work interdisciplinary and in a (intercultural) team
• Self-starter mentality, flexibility and adaptability are must haves for this role
• A positive and proactive can-do attitude
