Tax Manager - International Tax (m/f/d)

The office is understood as a supporting facility to the group companies and directly reporting to Motherson Shareholders. Your tasks.

  • Take responsibility for international tax matters and provide tax support to the business in various assigned territories, working to efficiently and effectively lead international tax risk and planning
  • Responsible for managing tax enquiries/audits in a number of jurisdictions
  • Manage corporate income tax compliance and reporting requirements for the assigned territories by working with the finance team and external advisors
  • Support the implementation, updating and monitoring of local transfer pricing activities and maintain the documentation and compliance
  • Support the development, coordination and implementation of tax audit strategies
  • Support the development of local file templates and introducing documentation processes to improve transparency and data availability for local files and tax audits

Your profile.

  • Degree in Business Taxation (Master's / LLM or equivalent)
  • Strong corporate and international tax experience gained in industry and/or practice (4 to 6 years relevant tax experience)
  • Experience in Tax audit controversy & practical transfer pricing
  • You demonstrate a hands-on approach and you are able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team across various business jurisdictions.
  • Fluent in English, German is advantageous
